Join us Monday, May 28th from 12pm – 4:30pm as we welcome back Lynn Conover and friends to accompany the Wilbur Slockish family as they prepare a traditional salmon bake.
The Wilbur Slockish family, tribal fishers from the Yakama Nation and the Warm Springs tribes, will prepare a no-host dinner that will include fresh Columbia River spring salmon broiled on an alder fire along with fry bread and salad.
Monday’s salmon bake dinner is $20.00 for adults and $10 for children. Beverages including Helvetia wines, assorted beers, water and sodas will be available but are not included in the cost of the meal. OLCC regulations require that all alcoholic beverages be dispensed or otherwise provided by the licensee, Helvetia Winery LLC.Â
